Females who are pregnant or going to conceive should avoid Propecia. These tablets are coated which prevents direct contact with the main ingredients when handled normally, provided that it is not crushed or broken.

Like all other medicines, Propecia also causes side effects. Some of the common side effects caused by Propecia are less interest in sex, problem in attaining an erection and less semen. There are males who experienced breast enlargement and tenderness, depression, rashes, swelling of face and lip, itching and many more.
